No Returns & Refunds Policy

CozyLuxy sells fashion and accessory items that are final sale. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or in this policy, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for goods purchased on shopcozyluxy.com.

 

2. Exceptions — when we will consider a refund or exchange

 

Although our policy is “no returns / no refunds,” we will make exceptions in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Faulty or damaged on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

  2. Wrong item shipped. If we shipped an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 calendar days; we will arrange return shipping and will replace the item or issue a refund.

  3. Missing items. If an item listed in your order does not arrive, contact us immediately so we can investigate.

3. Condition for exceptions

 

To qualify for an exchange, refund, or store credit under the exceptions above, items must be returned in the condition received (except where damaged). We may refuse returns that show clear signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.

 

4. Shipping returns under exceptions

 

If a return is approved under section 2, we will provide instructions. If the error or damage is our fault, we will pay reasonable return shipping costs. If the return is approved for other reasons (e.g., buyer changes mind but we agreed as a courtesy), return shipping costs may be the buyer’s responsibility.

 

5. Refund method & timing

 

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, or as store credit if agreed. Refund processing time depends on payment provider and bank; please allow up to 14 business days after we confirm the refund.

 

6. Consumer rights & local law

 

This policy does not waive rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a law grants consumers a statutory right to cancel, return, or refund (for example recently proposed/updated e-commerce consumer protections in Ghana), those legal rights apply. If you believe you have rights under local law, contact us and we will work with you.
